Flights From the Triangle is a travel deal alert service. We offer a subscription service that includes alerts about discounted flights from Triangle-area NC airports. This service is subject to our cancellation and refund policy.

Privacy

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Electronic Communications

Visiting the Site or contacting us by email constitutes electronic communication. You consent to receive electronic communications from us and agree that all agreements, notices, and disclosures we provide electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You may not transfer your account to another person or entity. Flights From the Triangle is not responsible for unauthorized access to your account resulting from theft or misappropriation of your credentials. Flights From the Triangle reserves the right to refuse or cancel service, terminate accounts, or remove content at its sole discretion.

Children

Flights From the Triangle does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If you are under 18, you may only use this Site with the permission of a parent or guardian.

Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Account page or by emailing support@triangleflights.com. If you do not find value in the service, you may request a full refund within the first 30 days of your subscription. Canceling through your account settings alone does not automatically initiate a refund — you must contact us directly. Auto-renewals are non-refundable as they occur outside the 30-day refund window. Third-Party Links and Services

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. These sites are not under our control and we are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or policies. Links are provided for convenience only and do not imply endorsement. Certain features of the Site may be delivered by third-party services. Termination
